Leaf Bowls

The colors of nature, captured in stoneware clay. Like snowflakes, each leaf is unique; I like to think of them as "God's Fingerprints" as I collect the leaves from the woodlands surrounding my studio. I do not put a shiny glaze on any of my pieces, so there is nothing between the eye, the hand, and the surface. Because it is high fired, it is food safe, but due to the textured surface, needs careful cleaning- just pop it in the dishwasher!
